The historic Hotel Edward, favorably located near the O’Hare International Airport, is a dual-branded hotel with two towers. The property boasts a total of 284 rooms, alongside amenities such as an indoor pool, lobby workstation, and a guest laundry room. Other features include landscaping and sidewalks, which improve the previously underutilized outdoor space surrounding the property.

PACE IMPROVEMENTS

The C-PACE loan finances the renovation as well as renewable and energy conservation measures. These measures include lighting, HVAC, building envelope, and electrical upgrades, which are predicted to save over $530k annually.
