The Kimpton Cottonwood hotel is set within the historic Blackstone Hotel, one of Omaha’s most famed hotels prior to its conversion into an office space in 1984. Now reconverted into its original hospitality use as a lucy hotel, the property includes an outdoor pool and two restaurants. It is a destination event space in the Omaha, NE area.

PACE IMPROVEMENTS

The property is comprised of a single, eight-story building (existing) and a three-story annex (new addition). All site and building improvements meet the standards of an upscale Kimpton hotel brand and exceed the current standards of the Omaha hospitality market. PACE financing enables the installation of LED lighting, new fan-coil units, window sealing, and building controls.
