The Four Seasons at RBC Gateway occupies 8 floors of a 37-story landmark development project. Situated as the northern gateway to downtown Minneapolis, the hotel includes a street-level lobby, restaurant, parking, wellness amenities, and 222 hotel rooms, totaling 258,000 SF.

PACE IMPROVEMENTS

PACE Loan Group provided a long-term, fixed-rate $20M loan used to finance energy-efficient building envelope, HVAC systems, domestic hot water, high-efficiency water fixtures, high-efficiency lighting, and high-efficiency mechanical systems within the hotel portion of the overall development. These improvements are expected to generate $1.4M in annual energy savings.
