PACE IMPROVEMENTS

The PACE proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition and installation of high-efficiency improvements associated with the construction of 175 apartment units. The eligible Energy Conversation Measures (ECMs) include lighting, HVAC, and building envelope upgrades.
