RETROACTIVE | SENIOR LIVING

This independent community offers care for seniors in all stages of life. The property was empty since 2010 and remodeled in 2020.  The community is a purpose-built, one-story 'wheel and spoke' style building with 34 independent living units, 43 assisted living units, and 28 skilled nursing units. The development looks to offer fun, variety, and an active lifestyle for seniors in Independent Living and Assisted Living.

PACE IMPROVEMENTS

This PACE Loan was retroactively applied to a completed renovation, which included updated lighting, HVAC, water heaters, and other electrical components of the building. The PACE loan also funded previously completed building envelope improvements, including building insulation, and added 10 additional rooms to the facility.
