In 2020, PACE Loan Group reported revenue of slightly over $3 million. By 2022, that number skyrocketed to nearly $11.5 million, representing a growth rate of 277.58%. The Eden Prairie-based company provides commercial real estate owners low-cost, long-term funding for energy efficient and renewable energy projects. It is a first-time Fast 50 honoree, debuting on The List at No. 3.
