Blossom Hotel Houston secures $22.5M loan for energy-conservation systems

Blossom Hotel Houston near the Texas Medical Center has secured a $22.5 million commercial property assessed clean energy loan, commonly called a C-PACE loan, to cover the cost of previously installed energy-conservation systems.
Minnesota-based PACE Loan Group issued the loan, which will be paid back over the next 25 years, according to a news release. The company said the C-PACE deal is its largest to date.
Frisco, Texas-based Lone Star PACE was the administrator for this project.
