PACE IMPROVEMENTS
The $5.5M C-PACER loan is the largest of its kind in Alaska to date. This loan finances energy efficiency measures that substantially reduce electricity and water consumption, such as HVAC upgrades, LED lighting, and low flow water fixtures. These improvements are expected to create upwards of $12M in lifetime savings for the hotel.
